The banks that can be closed by the government are often the ones that are the most successful in building up a portal system. If your bank has a portal, any company that wants to be in business in the industry can get a loan through it. Once you have access to a portal for a few minutes at a time, you can then use your portal to apply for a loan from a bank.
In other words, banks have found that if they can successfully lock you into a very long loan period, they can then use your portal to apply for loans from other banks. It’s a win-win for both sides.
